Pre-arranged Employment Visas, Retirement Visas, Investor’s

Whether an alien is to work for an established multinational
or for his own newly established company, the regulations
present a kaleidoscope of confusing requirements and multiple
allied charges. Scobell are a fully accredited immigration
service provider and have many years of experience in
securing visas, work permits and all the necessary clearances
and documentation required by foreigners visiting and
working in the Philippines.
The Labour Department is required to issue an Alien Employment
Permit before a foreigner can obtain a Working Visa.(except
for two classes of visa where the reverse applies!) The
Department has to be satisfied that the granting of a
Permit qualifies as being "in the national Interest".
The more onerous regulations for the employment of foreigners,
have recently been somewhat relaxed. Nonetheless one type
of Visa requires a hearing by the Bureau of Immigration,
others require endorsement by the relative Government
Oversight Department. Certain Visas still require a medical
certification from the Bureau of Quarantine and a visit
to the National Bureau of Investigation while most require
the fingerprinting of every member of the family.
Complicated? Tell us
about it! The process can take months.
Better still, talk to Scobell… let them shoulder the work…
they know the business.
